STEP 1: Home

On the Home page, you can see complete information related to your orders.
Here, you can check:

  • How many orders are pending
  •  How many orders have been
  • Which orders are
  • Which orders have been
  • Which orders were
  • Which orders were
  • Refund status
  • Picked-up orders

In short, all order-related details are available in one place on the Home screen.

 

STEP 2: How to Upload Products on the Eatlaza App [ITEMS]

 

After opening the Eatlaza Partner App, click on the “Items” option next to Home.

After clicking, you will see two options:

  1. Add New Item

  2. Import Items

    • If you want to upload a new product, click on Add New Item.
    • If you want to list a product that is already uploaded on the app to your shop, click on Import Items.

[A]: Add New Item

 

Enter Product Details

To add a new item:

    • Enter the product name in the Item Name field.
    • If you want to charge tax from customers, select the tax option.
    • Select whether the product is Veg or Non-Veg.

    • Choose the type/category of the product.

    • Add the preparation time (how long it will take to prepare the product).

    • If you want to offer a discount, you can add it here. A calculator option is also available to calculate the discount easily.

After filling all details correctly, click on Next.

 

Create Variants

 

Here, you can create different variants of your product.
For example:

    • Small size price
    • Large size price
    • Medium size price

Create separate variants for each size and enter the respective prices.


Add-ons

 

In the Add-ons section, you can add extra items that are served with the product, such as:

    • Tomato ketchup
    • Gulab jamun or any other sweet
    • Sweet curd

You can also charge extra for these add-ons if you want.
If you don’t want to add anything, you can simply skip this step.

 

Upload Image

Upload an image of your product.

    • You can upload an image from your gallery
    • Or choose from pre-uploaded images

To add an image, click on Select Media.

 

Final Step

Once everything is completed, click on Send for Review.
Your product will be uploaded and will become visible to customers after review.

 

[B]: Import Items

 

After clicking on Import Items, you can add products that are already uploaded on the platform directly to your shop.

 

STEP 3: Complete Finance Information [Finance]

 

After clicking on Finance, you can see:

    • Total income
    • Overall financial performance of your business
    • Total number of orders

    • Tips received by delivery partners

You can also check:

    • Today’s report
    • Last month’s report
    • Last week’s report

All financial data is available in one place.

 

STEP 4: View and Manage Complete Business Details [Business]

 

Here, you can view and manage all your business settings.

 

Feedback

[A]: Complaints

In this section, you can see customer complaints.
You get full access to communicate directly with customers.
You must talk to the customer, understand their problem, and try to resolve it properly.

[B]: Reviews

In this section, you can see customer reviews such as:

    • Ratings for delivered orders
    • Ratings for your products
    • Ratings for your shop

Reviews and ratings directly affect your business.
They are visible to future customers and are also monitored by the Eatlaza team.

Always ask customers:

    • What was good
    • What can be improved
    • Encourage them to leave reviews and ratings.
    • Good reviews increase trust, sales, and repeat customers.

Offers

COUPONS

 

Here, you can create discount coupons for your customers.

To create a coupon:

  1. Click on the plus (+) icon

  2. Enter a coupon code (for festivals, new customers, etc.)

  3. Set the minimum order amount

  4. Enter the discount percentage

  5. Click on Add Coupon

Your coupon will be created successfully.

 

Update Business

In this section, you can view and update all business-related information.
You can:

    • Update shop photos
    • Set up your own payment gateway
    • Upload shop license

    • Change your logo

    • Add or edit your shop address

If you do not have your own payment gateway, you can enable Cash on Delivery, where you will collect payment directly from customers.

STEP 5: Settings

 

In the Settings section:

    • You can see and change your name
    • Select your preferred language (Hindi, English, or any other)

    • Contact Support for help with online selling or business-related issues

    • Read the privacy policy

    • Update the app

    • Log out of your account
